| On the 3rd of july 2009 Umoe Schat-Harding set an almost unheard of record with its FF1200 Freefall Lifeboat. Having completed a series of demanding tests, the last ones with 100% load at 42meters on the 1st of july, the Ugland "Uglen" craneship hoisted the FF1200 to the very height limit. And on a beatiful sunny day at 32 degrees (celsius) a new world record was set at Rosendal in the Hardangerfjord, Norway. And now almost four years later the new record is raised to just above 65 meters! We are very pleased to have beaten our own previous world record ! Hats off to all at Umoe Schat-Harding for a job well done!.
